  • 3 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1.5 tbsp avocado oil

  • Soy sauce
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes


Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Slice chicken breast into strips.
  3. Grate zest and juice oranges.
  4. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, ginger, and baking soda for 30 minutes.
  5. Chop scallions and prepare sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
  6. Sauté garlic and ginger in avocado oil until fragrant.
