Ingredients
- 1 lb yakisoba or linguine noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or fruit juice)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
