- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2-4 tbsp whole milk

- In a large bowl, whisk together both flours and salt. Make a well in the center, add the yeast mixture and 4 tbsp olive oil, then stir until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size (60-90 minutes).
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). After rising, punch down the dough and roll it out on parchment paper.
- Spread raspberry preserves over half of the dough and fold over to create pockets of filling.
