- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 2 large eggs
- 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, cream together the softened butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture while stirring gently.
- Fold in the mashed bananas and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on a wire rack.
