Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent (3–4 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and diced red bell pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add cubed chicken breast to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and grated ginger; cook until browned (5–7 minutes).
