  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 300 grams Protein (chicken, beef, or tofu)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup Onions (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak the Korean Glass Noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. In the same wok, stir-fry sliced bell peppers, carrots, and onions for about 5–7 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Return protein to the wok along with soaked noodles, soy sauce, and mix well. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle brown sugar before tossing everything together until heated through.
