Ingredients
- 8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, defrosted and patted dry
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 ounces sliced Turkey Bacon, cooked and diced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon white apple vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a trifle dish or large glass bowl, layer 8 cups chopped iceberg lettuce at the bottom.
