  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag or shallow dish; pour marinade over and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  5. Place marinated chicken in the prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes.
