- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 cup cold whipping cream (chilled)
- 3 tablespoons vegan gelatin
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and almond extract in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish.
