Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together very soft butter, powdered sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and kosher salt.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour until just combined.
  4. Roll dough into one-inch balls, coat in sugar, and place on the baking sheet.
