  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 26 ounces pasta sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil lightly salted water in a large pot. Cook manicotti shells for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, egg, and basil. Mix until well blended.
  4. Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread some pasta sauce on the bottom of the baking dish and arrange stuffed shells on top. Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with extra mozzarella.
