  • 10 vanilla Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz almond bark or white chocolate candy melts
  • Red food coloring
  • Green sanding sugar


Instructions

  1. Prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Crumble the Christmas tree cakes into a mixing bowl until there are no large chunks.
  3. Add softened cream cheese to the crumbled cake and mix using a hand mixer until well combined.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to form tablespoon-sized balls from the mixture and roll them smooth. Place on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until fully melted.
  6. Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, tapping off excess before returning to the baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate dyed red over each truffle and sprinkle with green sanding sugar.
