  • 3 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces thawed whipped topping (divided)
  • 1 box (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (divided)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup


Instructions

  1. For the crust, combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and press into a 13×9 dish. Freeze for about 20 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth using an electric mixer. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; let it rest.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then sprinkle with half of the pecans. Top with chocolate pudding.
  5. Finish with remaining whipped topping, cover, and chill for at least four hours or overnight. Before serving, drizzle caramel and chocolate syrup over top and sprinkle with remaining pecans.
